All subscriptions on Cinemadosti are non-refundable once activated.

Refunds Are Only Possible If:

• Payment was deducted but the service was not activated
• A duplicate payment was made

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@cinemadosti.com with your payment screenshot and transaction ID.

After verification, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
